At Native Space, community and wellbeing sit at the heart of everything we do - and our recent Wellness Open Evening is a true reflection of that.
At the end of January, we welcomed guests into the space to celebrate the launch of our very first Wellness Collaboration with special guest instructor Jen Loves Zen. The evening gave attendees the opportunity to connect, explore the space, and experience our wellness offerings firsthand in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
We began the night in our lounge area with delicious drinks and nibbles, kindly provided by Well/Kept, giving guests the chance to settle in, unwind, and get to know one another. This gave space for our instructors to connect and share ideas, learning how to develop their businesses from others who understand the demands of running a successful wellness community.
This wasn’t only a chance for instructors to bounce ideas off each other, but also for them to share details about the classes they offer to a wider audience, and welcome new faces into the Native Wellness brand.
As part of our open evening, guests were invited to explore the building and everything Native Space has to offer. From office spaces to content rooms, they were able to see how Native Wellness sits alongside our other businesses, and witness how we continue to grow the wellness community.
The evening concluded with a Friday Night Sound Bath taught by the lovely Jen, who has already sold out her February session. She led the perfect session to fully unwind the body and mind after a full-on week. Soft lighting, blankets, and eye masks added to the relaxation of the room, as Jen used sound therapy instruments, gently lowered to deeper frequency states, to encourage regulation and relaxation.
Here at Native Space we aim to promote a culture of productivity, while also recognising the strain this can place on mental health. This topic has especially become poignant in the past few years, and it can particularly be seen while balancing busy work schedules and full personal lives. Workspaces can often be a leading cause of anxiety, which is why we have created the perfect balance. Within a workplace setting, these experiences offer something especially valuable, and can create intentional moments to pause and slow down, supporting positive mental health.
Our wellness classes, and specifically the Friday Night Sound Bath, provide a gentle transition from the working week into relaxation time, helping individuals switch off mentally, release built-up tension, and leave the space feeling restored. Giving yourself time to take part in sessions like these is so key in maintaining a balance between your work and home life, and especially gives your mind the chance to breathe amid the everyday chaos.
At Native Space we provide a setting to integrate these experiences alongside traditional workspaces and aim to create an environment where productivity and wellbeing can exist together under one roof. The recent success of our Wellness Open Evening highlights the growing demand for innovative restorative experiences and shows the value of creating a dedicated space where people feel supported to prioritise their self-care.
We are so grateful to everyone who joined us for our Wellness Event and a huge thank you to Jen Loves Zen for taking us through such a thoughtful and nurturing class. Events like these are something that promote all the things Native Space stands for - connection, wellbeing, and creativity - and we hope to bring you some more soon as we move through 2026.
We hope to welcome you back again soon!
